It is important to have balance in life

At JourneyFree we believe that it is essential to find balance in life and the process of reflection and review needs to be part of our everyday routine. We are not only travelling on a physical journey we need to spend time investing in the wellbeing of our mind and soul.

The qualified youth workers and staff at JourneyFree have many years of training and experience supporting people going through difficult circumstances and facing significant challenges in their lives. The workshops and programmes we provide are aimed at supporting people to find the answers to hard questions in life such as: What is the point? Why am I here? How can I change? Our work is based on a belief system that believes change is always possible and negative situations can be transformed into positive ones.

We have a range of programmes that we can deliver specifically for your group, alternatively we run a range of programmes and workshops that run throughout the year.  These can be applied to directly or referrals can be made by a sponsoring organisation. We are more than happy to discuss what workshops or programmes would best suit your needs.
